About us
The Site is operated by Scottfree Analytics LLC ("Scottfree", "we", "us"), a Toledo, Ohio company. Contact: scottfree.analytics@scottfreellc.com.
What this site does
The Site is a marketing presence for Scottfree's three divisions — Sports, Finance, and Consulting — and a contact channel. Commerce (product purchases, subscriptions, downloads) is handled on a separate site, shop.scottfreellc.com, which has its own terms.
Permitted use
You may browse and use the Site for lawful, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Scrape, crawl, or programmatically harvest content beyond what a normal browser would request;
- Use the Site to send spam, phishing attempts, or other abuse via the contact form;
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or compromise the Site, its hosting infrastructure, or other users;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the Site's source code or visual design without permission;
- Misrepresent your identity when contacting us.
Intellectual property
The Site's content, design, code, copy, photos, and brand marks are the property of Scottfree or its contributors, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Open-source projects released by Scottfree (for example AlphaPy) are licensed separately under their own license files in their respective repositories.
Third-party logos and brand names appearing on the Site (for example in client lists or engagement case studies) belong to their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement of Scottfree by those companies.
No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of content, or uninterrupted availability. Any model performance numbers, predictions, or sample data shown on the Site are illustrative — they are not investment advice, betting advice, or guarantees of future results.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scottfree is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Site links to third-party websites (LinkedIn, GitHub, our shop subdomain, client websites, and so on). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lucas County, Ohio.
